If you" really truely believe that," why are you still here? Do you own any shares? If you do, why?

I wish I wasn't. I continue to hold over 400,000 shares. I only hold onto it becasue at this point for the hope that the USPTO will eventually recertify the 336. Right now my $330,000 investment is worth about $40,000.

All this bashing of the BOD makes no sense to me coming from any shareholders. I'd have thought that if any of the bashers did own any stock how is that going to help? When you bash the BOD? How is that any different than bashing the company?

What I wont do is sit here and pretend like the BOD has done a great job and that they truly have earned their salaries. Nor will I feel sorry for them for just now recognizing the crooked behavior of their partner TPL. This investment was a much bigger gamble than I anticipated. Unfortunately I now know why PTSC is and probably always will be a penny stock. Much of that is due to the poor decisions of the BOD and if any "hood winking" is going on it looks like the management at PTSC were all hood winked pretty good by TPL.
