Who is defending BoD members? Let's just wait and watch to see how many jump to their defense in response to your post. It's been up for over twelve hours thus far. Defenders? Where are they? Are you "amazed"?

Identify one post where the addition of Mistry to the BoD, even if positive, doesn't question the need.

You talk of "not enough work for one board member let alone 6". You do realize that, as a Corporation, PTSC MUST HAVE a BoD consisting of more than one, right? And you do realize that PTSC MUST HAVE certain management in place (CEO, CFO), right? And you do realize that typically BoD members do very little, and are expected to actually DO very little, in any corporation, right? Typically, actions are recommended and performed by management, not the BoD.

And your reference to Poncho Villa being a "crook". Ignorance prevails. I suspect most if not all Mexicans with any knowledge of that country's history would have a different opinion. That is unless you believe that Washington, Madison, Adams, etc. - America's revolutionaries - were also "crooks".

Do you perceive this post to be a "defense" of the BoD? If so, I am "amazed".
