Message: Regarding Re-Ex problems

For all the grief I think Leckrone deserves, he also has written some clear and well thought out arguments that describe not only the pitfalls of the Re-Ex process, but that also that allow us to infer what is likely happening with our patents, and realistically what kind of time frames we will ultimatetly face. Unfortunately, I think emtnester has a more realistic outlook on the process than most of the rest of us.

Divorcing myself from the PTSC & Moore saga of interactions of which I am aware, and the resulting baggage that it imparts on my view of Leckrone, if all I knew of him was what is written in these articles I've linked, my opinion of him would be much higher. I expect his business philosophy and strategies are typical as represented in his approach to dealings with PTSC and Moore, and as gleaned from the filings we see. If instead he took a bit more "fair and forthright" approach, at least with his partners, if not his adversaries, I think he'd engender a whole lot more support, and likely a "vibe" that would've resulted in much more sustained success than he appears to have achieved through our window into his company. I can't help but believe that "tension" translates to most of what he does, and affects his ability to succeed more easily than he seems to. You reap what you sow, I suppose.

Anyway, the articles are interesting, IMO.
