Many thanks to you and those who drafted the letter to the commissioner. For what it's worth, in an earlier e-mail, I provided the e-mail address for the Acting Associate Director. I was told that he is responsible for overseeing the MPEP and operations. Here is his e-mail address just in case he was not copied when you sent the letter.
