yes..I concur, great letter..and is a perfect example of some positive action that could be taken (action taken and not discussion ad-nausea about this topic or that topic that does not amount to anything at the end of the day) ..you know what they say about the squeaky wheel..and Kappos should be the one, if any, with the grease gun at his disposal!!
