What question are you asking? It seems more like a statement with a question mark. If you're asking what Sony paid, I'd say this:

Ultimately, from the SEC filings, I don't think the Sony fee was ever disclosed. What was disclosed was $25.75M aggregate for the quarter containing the Sony, Nikon, Seiko/Epson, & Pentax deals. If you apply the AVERAGE Annual Revenues to License Fee ratios, that would imply Sony paid $17.7M, Nikon $2.75M, Seiko $5.0M, and Pentax $0.3M. Not the numbers they claim but not far off either.

I've seen others say Sony only paid $10M, but I don't think that was ever documented.
