As with any court case, shouldn't we be expecting a settlement with Leckrone?

What reasons would he have to fight this case? It will only cost him more money in defence costs and future licensing fees? Not to mention monies due for the loans. It makes no sense that he would drag this out, does it?

With the above occurence(settlement), couldn't we expect some sort of rally from our current sub .10 level?
