It was amazingly interesting to see this post. All this morning I've been kicking around the idea (prompted by other shareholders) of taking things to the next level re: the USPTO. Is it time for shareholders to band together and contact, in a uniform fashion, the "higher-ups" at the USPTO, calling attention to our plight?

We have a lot of ammunition to justify a complaint and call for action.

I respectfully request that folks hold their emails in abeyance. If this is an action we really want to pursue, IMO it would be far "stronger" if a uniform message were sent. Multiple messages with any significant detail will be prone to confustion of facts - which could easily hurt the effort more than promote it.

Perhaps the approach should be to coordinate an effort where a message is composed, and those who choose to send an email simple identify themselves, the fact that they are a shareholder (and therefore part owner of the patents in question) who has experienced significant harm/damage due to USPTO enability to perform or even comply with internal mandates/policies. Then paste the uniform message into the email with a statement that you endorse the message/complaint/concern.

Would a hundred emails from shareholders of record make a difference? Should those interested simply compose their own email?

JMHOs and solicitation of input.
