My question would be, who is paying for Henneman? CM use to do the service, did we contibute then? If not, then we probably are not now. If TPL has to borrow money do they have enough to pay Henneman?

I would think Henneman's services are at least shared by PTSC as part of the expenses for licensing the MMP. With Leckrone as a partner its not too hard to imagine that PTSC and or Moore may have been burdened with the entire expense in the past as it appears PTSC and Moore put too much trust in the partnership with Leckrone.
