My ideas are not based in fact but on my feelings toward the way TPL has handled the MMP for several months, especially collecting funds for its licenses(100%) at the same time it is collecting funds for MMP.

A scenario...... Iwill throw in these patents for 3 million and will take 3 million off the negotiated amount for the MMP if that is all right with you licensor?

He could have another agenda with the MMP telling PTSC (ignorant of the current value of MMP) the fees are going down because it appears to becomin g worthless and I will buy you out for the right price.

If you recall SGE, Lecky tried to pay 4-5 million(or maybe it was even less?) for it years ago and Pohl told him where he could take that deal. We are dealing with an unscrupulous individual.I say he is capable of anything or everything depending on what his agenda is. I am pleased that finally PTSC is going after him. IMO he is the enemy and has a different agenda not aligned with the shareholders of PTSC. Therefore, he is an adversary that PTSC must effectively deal with.
