It could be Leckrone's lawyer but I don't think so. It is probably his lawyer or maybe even (I hope) PTSC's lawyer insuring that this can't be used against him in a court of law. He has been advised that any nasty remarks could hurt him in his quest to seperate from Leckrone. It is obvious that he no longer wants to deal with him and the lawyers CYA indicates further that the next few months could be interesting.

TPL initially tried to originally cut our throat and it was Fish vs Moore. Pohl and Johnson coordinated with Leckrone to save years in court battle.

Later, from my recollection, this led to the agreement of which the SOB never once has included our role at TPL or Alliasense and we should dump him for that reason alone as he holds PTSC in contempt anyways. It is time to take the gloves off.

I know you know a heck of a lot more than me in this area, gcduck, but this is allfrom my perspective and the black outs may play into the upcoming court cases which may uncover how badly we were screwed by TPL and that we need to finally go to court like Apple and HTC are doing. IMO, we need to hire Roger Cook , go to court with the Markman results and get on with the MMP licenses and be sure to seperate his licenses from our work if he hasn't been dumped. We need to spend that first million getting the MMP back on track even if it means starting over with the help of CM.
