I've been thinking Acer(T3) might be the chosen one to take all the way through a court trial. This case certainly appears to be narrowing down to primarily the 336 patent. Leckrone has once again proven himself.

I don't quite see yet how this case with TPL is projected to end up in PTSC's eyes.
