Don't forget that TPL needs PTSC as much as PTSC needs TPL. This is a 50/50 deal, and if they have a dispute that cannot be reasonably resolved, everybody loses.

Now aside from this, we are all awaiting the USPTO decision, which, if it doesn't go our way, will make moot any dispute.

If it does go our way, TPL repays us with future licenses, we clarify the MMP / Flash mix, and we move on with TPL/Alliacense tackling the big boys.

And THEN, and not until, will the share price increase.
