Very strange situation. I cannot imagine how TPL and PTSC are doing business together at the moment. The preasure is on both sides. TPL needs money from the MMP and has to share with PTSC. PTSC itself needs money from the MMP to get more released from TPL.

Hope to see some breaking news to help both comming soon......
