Maybe something I read about Baroni? ) Anyway, whether this is something that happens to PTSC/PDSG and some other company ( Constellation?) it looks on the surface to be a strategy that could benefit PTSC?PDSG and a partner or buyer, IMO. If you look at KB's employment he sure has worked for companies that have been consolidated or merged or partnered and then sold or merger. Of course that pattern doesn't have to continue....
