The German Patent Court affirmed the validity of EP’730, and the USPTO has affirmed the validity of both US’584 and most recently US’336. Thus, the ongoing reex. are annoyingly, time-consuming, expensive, but I am sure that the heart/core of the MMP patents are going to survive.

Hence, it's in the hand of TPL and PTSC to solve their dispute and collect money from the MMP!
