This is likely old news, but...

Alaska Statistical Analysis Center

It appears that the Alaska Statistical Analysis Center was the BETA test site for the new CDX ExchangeBuilder. If it went well (as alluded to in the March 3 2010 PR), I wonder if there will be any follow-up activity in the justice market. Based on Oscar's conversation with Cliff Flowers, it does not seem that PDSG is moving forward with any momentum. It sure would be nice to have PDSG make a positive move. As usual, time will tell.
