Thanks for keeping me on message, Milestone.
As you mentioned, in regard to 3 areas involving 3 individuals that I feel are critically important to PTSC's present situation: ( the others do not play an important role unless proven otherwise).
I only know 3 things, (lol, maybe a few others, lol):
1. Johnson is involved with TPL, a core interest.
2. Flowers is performing his duties as Interim CEO and CFO. I think effectively.
3. Baroni, in the past got the previous CEO fired for mis management and is attempting to make PDSG a viable company along with the staff of PDSG. And by the by, if they don't get moving quick, they are history.
Mr. Johnson, a controversial personality because of his close relationship with Eric Swartz and David Pohl sits on boards and committees that are critically important to PTSC and subsequently us including the executive committee (which fired Goerner didn't it) and PDS as well as the main board and other committtees like the audit committee you mentioned. His role as a voting member on PDS is crucial to us and a core interest to the viability of PTSC. Based on the limited information that we are able to obtain on what he is doing and knowing the current dilemna that we face with TPL, he plays a critically important role in determining PTSC's future. This is also why I asked Biajj to comment on what he thought about Mr Johnson and whether Mr J is working in our best interest. This is critically important information for shareholders in that he is making the most important management decisions. Numerous disparaging remarks have been made by numerous posters over the years concerning Mr. J because they believed that rather than acting in the best interests of the shareholder, he was acting in the best interest of Eric Swartz. I'm sure you are aware of this controversy as you have been here for a long time.
The reason I listed these 3 items and personalities again, is to clarify that right now these individuals at the highest leadership level are driving PTSC in a certain direction. From my perspective, this is all that I can garner about what is driving the PTSC train at the highest levels. Johnson, Flowers and Baroni is what will make or break us.
To flip the coin in your direction, I would appreciate it if you could show concretely how Felcyn, Falk, Mistry and Schrock are doing something that are helping us achieve our goal of a successfully run operation that is working in the shareholders interest. I would like to add 4,5,6,7 to my list of 3.
Thanks again for keeping me on track. Even though I kid around, like be weller, I greatly appreciate your input.
In fact, lets get this right. There are numerous folks on here providing info that they feel is important for others to read for various reasons. Believe me, it is. The information that you, Lamberts, Ease, SGE, Ronran, several technical experts, and numerous others is what I depend on to understand my investment. I mentioned this to Mr. Flowers in an around about way that my news (therefore need for a newsletter was coming from Agora), a completely unofficial source of views from people that have no official capacity but that without it there would be no knowledge that one could ascertain to make a decision to buy , sell or hold. I think my original post on this subject clarifies the important areas that the company is going after, namely, the TPL court case, Baroni and PDSG and the MMP portfolio activities. There may be other things but they are unknown to me because they have not been discussed here, where I look for guidance on our investment.
Be weller, Miles
