Hi radioactive,

What you see was what I asked him about.

They are concerned about getting their $2 million dollars back and getting license fees back on track. I believe he intends to see the lawyers accomplish this.

Reverse engineering, certainly an important area, wasn't something that I discussed with him. It seems to me that right now they want their money back and for TPL to get back to work. This is their major thrust. I didn't get into the what if in this conversation but was trying to ascertain why more transparency through newsletter type PR's and where we were heading.

As of right now, he didn't see any expanded role for the BOD describing what they are doing any more than would occur at another corporation and he is basing future revenues on the MMP after court battle and the possibility of PDSG providing revenue one way or the other.

I didn't ask him about cutting fees but do we need them? If we lose PDSG through acquisition, PTSC should drop Mistry and Schrock because what are they doing? If PDSG is viable, then there expertise would be needed. Drop Felcyn and Falk. Why do we need an auditor and a anesthesiologist. If we need an audit, pay her to do the audit. I don't have anything against any of these individuals but why pay them for nothing. This isn't welfare.

Finally, Johnson, a lawyer, yeah we need this expertise at least as an advisor but is he loyal to PTSC and our bottem line. I am sure he fired Goerner with the helpf Baroni. He plays a key role but can he be trusted, thus my question to Biajj.

I hope this answers your questions.
