Isn't the SEC requirement fulfilled by Mr. Flowers, and not Ms Felcyn? Isn't that part of Mr. Flowers' job as the Chief Financial Officer? Why don't you give credit where credit is due? But you knew that right? Piled High and Deep, yeah, right. LOL
No it isn't:
Mr. Flowers is a graduate of San Diego State University with a Bachelor of Science summa cum laude in Business Administration with an emphasis in accounting and holds a CPA license in California.
Ms. Felcyn has published tax articles for “The Tax Advisor” and co-authored a book published in 1982, “International Tax Planning”. Ms. Felcyn has a degree in Business Economics from Trinity University and is a member of the American Institute of CPA’s.
Audit Committee
We have an audit committee established in accordance with Section 3(a)(58)(A) of the Exchange Act, currently comprised of: Gloria H. Felcyn (Committee Chair) and Carlton M. Johnson, Jr. Each member of our Audit Committee (the “Audit Committee”) is independent as defined under the applicable rules of the SEC and NASDAQ Stock Market LLC (“NASDAQ”) listing standards. The Board of Directors has determined that Gloria H. Felcyn, who serves on the Audit Committee, is an “audit committee financial expert” as defined in applicable SEC rules.

There again, and based on all of your prior posts, you probably didn't know it at all, else you wouldn't keep making the statements that you do. I do, however, have great admiration for your "piling" abilities.
