Wonder Where all the "Thumbs" Went?

It is interesting to note that since the new "IP Check Tool" went live, there has been a significant lack of "Thumbs-Up" given to posts. I don't know if this tool is responsible for the significant reduction in Thumbs given, but it sure looks like it is correlated.
