You guys spends hours and hours haggling over worthless stuff. You got to follow the money. From my understanding it was TOWNSEEND/TOWNSEED who brokered the deal with INTEL for TPL/MOORE. If TPL alone did the deal. then all the B/S we are worring about would be true. How much of a cut is TOWNSEED getting. IMHO there is no way that they would have settled with INTEL and the big five plus all there other customers for 200mill. Ibm just got 800plus mill from MICROSOFT. These patents are worth allot more then that out of court settlment or not. There are just to many secrets about this deal. But there is one thing for certain if we got 60days till we get something out of this latest action you will see 8cents again. The only thing that might prop this thing up is 10q numbers in Aug.
