Intel requests that this Court sign the dismissal with prejudice that has been submitted to the

Court by the parties in the Intel Case, ending Intel’s involvement in this matter.

From Intels statement it looks like they won`t be fighting the fight for the Japan 5. They will either indemnify them in a side agreement or whatever the 5 are using can`t be indemnified.

IMO we will get our settlement with all 5 within the 60 days.
