My major thrust in all my remarks has to do with actions that are happening that I think are appropriate or not. This is what I am really concerned with. Right now, I believe they are becoming crucial with the actions of Leckrone.

Let me go over what you already are aware of , and for the full audience who probably also knows this, lol.

I believe that the BOD daily actions basically consists of Flowers(Finances), Johnson, the major player (running Decision Making at PTSC with input from interim Flowers) and Felcyn (cheerleader).

This in no way denigrates Ms Felcyn's professional role of Auditor but focuses on what happens every day. Cheerleader is an important role but it is not a decision making role. Schrock and Mistry also perform critical roles, I hope but cannot verify, on PDSG (if not, why do we need them?). Falk does what? nada from all I can see.

Therefore, when we talk all the time about the BOD, we are really talking about one person and one person only, Carlton Johnson. Insert Johnson where you have BOD in almost every case. He makes all the decisions with consultation, HOPEFULLY. He is the focal point. This BOD used to be much more with David Pohl and Eric Swartz providing significant guidance. They both left with great war chests. Mr. Pohl was slick. These original 3 amigos now all reside on Perigrine Pharma BOD. David Pohl was an astute lawyer as well who was also a savvy businessman. Swartz made millions.

Many people distrust Mr. Johnson because of his role which continues with Mr. Swartz at Perigrine and other underhanded things they believe he is responsible for. Thus the years of distrust that surrounded the BOD.

I have been displeased with actions taken by Mr. Johnson which may/ may not be correct because I feel the MMP should have done more. He also hired Goerner which many liked including me and he also fired him. Was this wrong? I don't know. Goerner may have broke the bank and walked away. Too say the least, I am disappointed that PDSG has not done better so far but maybe something will happen as mentioned in other posts today that CDX may bear fruit.

I feel confident that the reason we are going after Leckrone is Mr. Johnson. end of story.

He may have been encouraged by Felcyn and Flowers but he is the man in the know on PDS and years of work with Leckrone. He is the one that got played. This action did not occur lightly. Leckrone has always presented himself as the golden goose and this has been held over PTSC's head.

Therefore, when we look at the BOD, there is of consequence, one person, who is vital to PTSC operation or not and Johnson is his name. Period. He is the real interim CEO. He is the one we should be watching. He is the one dealing with Leckrone. He is the one that must protect the MMP and deal with Attain to get some contracts for PDSG. He is the decision maker.

As far as getting rid of the BOD. This won't happen any time soon. I wait to see what they will do next. I also wait for some good news for a change.......
