Additionally, you need to remember. The PDS management committee is made up of the following people:

  1. Dan Leckrone - TPL rep
  2. Carlton Johnson - PTSC rep
  3. Robert Neilson - Independent member

Per the PR, the TPL REP, ie Leckrone is the one who did NOT approve the resolutions. And TPL as a company has not signalled its acquiencense.

You stated earlier that it was Leckrone who agreed, and the independent member who did not. That's inaccurate.
