Let me ask you this. What would you do if you were an employee of TPL, and also serving on the management committee, and PTSC let you know that based on what TPL has been doing, PTSC was going to file suit unless and even if these resolutions were not passed. What if you realized that by voting against the resolutions, you could be implicated in the lawsuits, or at least investigated along with TPL. Would you simply vote with TPL in order to save your job, even at he expense of being personally dragged into the lawsuit?

If you were uncomfortable with Leckrone and the way he has been doing business, would you vote against such an obviously fair set of resolutions, simply to save your job?

Did you perhaps consider that such a vote may have cost Neilson his job or that his disagreements with TPL might have led to him leaving TPL prior to the vote?
