Nonsense, but for what purpose?

Any Motorcycleman will obviously have a manual on Motorcycle Maintenance.

What has this to do with posting information about PTSC?, you might ask. Well, I recall reading such a manual and this quote came to mind:

"The truth knocks on the door and you say, "Go away, I'm looking for the truth," and so it goes away. Puzzling."

But what if the truth persists in knocking on the door?

One has the answer to the purpose of the nonsense, and it is no longer puzzling.
