looks like the judge sees Lecky as defendants' counsel (note the plural)..what a crock (this aspect anyway) as Lecky does not represent PTSC or Alliacense with his side bar TPL deals..some of this stuff should probably be sealed..but the cat is out of the bag about the TPL side deals..Lecky appeaars to be acting more and more desparate..which does not bold well for PTSC or Alliacense
