I certainly have always respected you as a poster, even though many of your posts require my having a dictionary on hand to figure out what you are saying LOL!

If the board had not reduced the number of board seats to five and if it was possible to allow for more nominees than board seats...do you believe that we could have removed one of the three board members with the lowest votes by majority voting?

Can you think of a reason why they reduced the number of board seats to five ,other than to save the company money LOL? Can you also think of a reason why they wouldn't want six people to be nominated for five seats?
