For right now, all I want is to see the by laws changed. I am not aware of any talk of suing the BoD, PTSC or anyone else. That never came from me.

I certainly do not expect to contribute money without a plan nor would I expect any prudent person to do such a thing.

For all anyone knows, an attorney may have already been consulted. I have not contributed money for any consultation. I will stand on my word that I will contribute to fund a plan, if I believe it has merit.

Why wouldn't anyone contribute, unless there is a financial hardship? Unless of course you are happy with the status quo. For anyone who has a financial hardship, I'm sure there would be other ways that you could help the effort if you have a mind to do so.

That is all I will say on the subject (for now).
