I don't have one, that is why I am willing to put some money into the war chest for legal advice. If there is a legal way to change the by-laws and to give shareholders a real voice in what happens to PTSC, wouldn't you want to know about it?

Regardless of whether Felcyn, Faulk and Johnson become overnight heroes because Crossflo/MMP bring in millions and the share price rises, the fact remains that the by-laws need to be changed. I don't know how to change them, do you? Does anyone here know the answer to that question?

All the more reason to seek competent legal advice on such matters. Is it a waste of money if we find out there is nothing we can do? Not for me.....sometimes you just have to stand up for what you believe in and do something about it.
