I merely asked for clarification. For one, I strongly suspect the reference to an "SEC Attorney" is not what was intended - it makes no sense in light of the intent.
You say:
"Just to see if the corporate bylaws can be changed
No wrongdoing...
Not to see if PTSC is compliant ..."
For this purpose, why would you want an "SEC Attorney"? You would want a "Corporate Attorney" familiar with law associated with the formation of/requirements for changing corporate bylaws for a company incorporated in Delaware. This is not the focus of an "SEC Attorney", who's focus would be on Federal SEC compliance. Get it?
Thank you for another valuable contribution, clearly responding with ignorance to a post directed to someone else.
And what do you do? Attack the poster - immediately. So predictable.
And please advise as to when/where I spoke of "squashing the idea". Was it when I suggested that a lot (if not all) of the ground work had already been done? Is that thought not worthy of consideration before soliciting funds to investigate the same exact thing? Or was it when I suggested that preparation for action makes sense, but taking action may be premature until we KNOW what action PTSC is going to take?
On the latter, what if PTSC does as was stated as the BoD intent (per Gloria) if they elect to divest all of PDSG, and certain BoD members resign with PTSC religated to basically a MMP profits distribution company? Is any action still needed/desired? If so, why?
And, continually throughout this discussion, one thing is consistently omitted. If certain BoD members are in fact removed, do we want them replaced? With whom, specifically? How do you ralley support for YOUR desired replacement? What must their credentials include? I personally do not relish the thought of eliminating one perceived problem with a series of absolute new problems involving "unknown quantities".
And how soon could results of such actions be realized? Nine months from now, at best? And what do most shareholders expect to happen within the next nine months? And whether good things happen (MMP) OR NOT, how many here will still be hanging around worrying this issue? I strongly suspect most here will have either sold for a nice profit or left in disgust in the next nine months time. But perhaps I'm just projecting my plans.....
