Hmmmm.
I respectfully refer you to the PMs we had at the time, including my preferred law firm in the event that an offer to purchase failed to meet what I believed to be fair value of the patent rights, and the grounds for the valuation which I made on the forum.
You did indeed suggest that you might support my effort in such an event, which brings me to "What's right is right, and what's wrong is wrong".
Regardless of your conclusion "that any such action would likely be doomed before it began", which I obviously refute in the strongest terms, I categorically stated what I would do, in depth, to right a perceived wrong, without my proposed actions being dependant on others making any sort of contribtion before I acted.
Therein is the difference.
What would I do if I had 8,000,000 shares?
Obtain an opinion on the merits, or otherwise, of a legal challenge, then post the details on here. What I would not do is sit idly by, watching the worth of those holdings drop from over $16,000,000 to under $800,000 while constantly berating the BoD and asking for contributions to seek that opinion.
Believe it or not, there are some who can find no fault in this scenario - hmmmm.
