The other patent owner could also be found complicit in fraud if they noted the anomally and did nothing to correct it (and how could they miss it?). Now add conspiracy (to commit a felony) charges.

Our jails and penitentaries are full of crooks that have committed fraud, large and small. Yes, accountants, lawyers, businessmen, and professional people comprise a portion of the prison population.

Are you naive enough to believe that just because it is wrong or against the law, that this will prevent some people from committing fraud? Just ask Kenneth Lay, Jeffrey Skilling, Bernard Madoff (50 BILLION $), Donna Bronca, Syed Sibtul Hassan Shah, Lou Pearlman, Damara Bertges, Hans Gunther Spachtholz, Wang Fengyou (interesting fellow), Sergey Mavrodi, and Tom Petters (3.7 BILLION $). These are but a few examples out of the thousands of fraud and ponzi scheme crooks that have stolen money from "investors" such as you and I. The reason you don't want to believe that desperate, stupid, educated, greedy lawyers, accountants, businessmen, and professional people do commit fraud and some actually go to prison is because you have never been in law enforcement.

These types populate the entire world, and some actually live and work next door to us. I certainly am not suggesting that anyone associated with PTSC, TPL or any affiliates have committed fraud, but I wouldn't be shocked to find out that they in fact did. That's reality.
