I seldom post but have read others concerns about the potential conflicts posed by TPL simultaneously representing us and their own products within the same negotiations. I got to tell you the following from Paragraph 3 struck me as odd.

"These communications contain specific terms and offers for settling this litigation and also describe confidential proposals for business opportunities between HTC and TPL."

If I am to be kept in the dark, I wish I was kept totally in the dark because these little specks of light irritate me. Why bring me to the point of considering that it is PTSC, not potential licensees, from which the contents must be hidden. What "proposals for business opportunities between HTC and TPL" are being talked about within the same price negotiation for the MMP? I hope our BOD is fully aware and in agreement with what ever is being referred to as "the business opportunities between HTC and TPL". You would like to think we could get a little arms length transaction and fair dealing from TPL.

Yes I am long, very frustrated, waiting for the next shoe to drop and I do think the odds of a significant near term bounce on news is well worth waiting for but the diviations from what would normaly be expected as common basic good business practices is perplexing at the least.
