Thank you. The wording in the 10Q is a bit less open to interpretation IMO. As for the PR, I agree the choice of words is almost designed to cause confusion. PRs should be written such that questions are answered, not to create new questions.
The truly odd thing is that it is obvious that "productive license activity" has virtually stopped, but I strongly suspect it has much more to do with the size of fees asked and the lack of validation of the patents by the USPTO than with (per the 10Q) non-existent Alliacense funding shortfalls.
Further evidence of Alliacense's health is the recently posted job openings. Even if they are just replacing folks that left, businesses typically don't solicit new hired help if there are funding issues looming.
Thank you again for your congenial attitude. I suggest reading the abbreviated 10Q at Yahooquotes - it might give that desired better feel without the agony of reading the entire 10Q.
