What if HTC people contacted Leckrone, and the thier attornies who do not want to lose any litigation money.... "hey, hey.... dont leave me out of this cash cow litigation I want to charge my fees to HTC and prolong this as long as possible"

IMO, maybe its not all Leckrone.

Anything is possible, but not everything is likely.
