I keep turning this tpl moore thing over in my head. Everything thats happening could be explained by dispute over patent ownership between tpl and Moore. If tpl thought Moore may challenge their ownership of their part of the portfolio in court they would likely wait to resolve that issue before
a. Paying back a 1.9 million to ptsc. 900k is secured with revenue from said "disputed" patent.
b. Using money and resources to pursue licensing of portfolio.
Lets just hope that uspto validates this thing and we dont hear anymore of a "dispute" between Moore and tpl. That would really suck if the uspto gives us a big win and we cant license because of potential legal questions between tpl and Moore.
This is just pure speculation by the way.
