I have one problem with the whole '336 issue. If the patent is in fact about to be recertified, I find it difficult to believe both parties would have allowed this dispute to reach the public forum. No matter how investors try to justify this away, this isn't good for business. Bludgeoning one another in the public realm certainly won't help expedite licensing activity, IMO. If the strongest tool in your arsenal is about to be set free, why fight over a measly one million dollars? No, I think there is more to this.
