My hope is that this is worked out expeditiously and that we are back on track. I don't like the idea of changing horses mid stream. Now, like always the only ones that are never getting anywhere are us the shareholders. Everyone else is making money. I'm sure Leckrone, if he desires, (who knows what evil lurks in the hearts of man) won't end up in the poorhouse and will work his way around this. I am also sure that PTSC took this action, probably as a last resort, as there is no way you want to be suing your partner. The details will be private but the important thing is that when all is said and done there had better be a united strong offense prepared with also inclusion by PTSC as a partner. The lack of appreciation for years now on the TPL/Alliasense web sites not recognizing PTSC is the first thing that needs to be corrected.

The second thing that obviously needs to happen, as Pacard pointed out, is too get hold of it and go to court with a major infringer and lay them out.
