At the time PTSC had it's cash locked up in ARS and took what little free cash it had and gave it to teh Cflo shareholders, At the time PTSC had 25-30mm in shareholder equity and Cflo had NEGATIVE shareholdr equity and PTSC combined with Cflo and gave away almost half of the SHE to get a company that had basically no revenue stream.

Many on the board complained as much as we were allowed to, as much as we did when didvends were distributed ....When Carlton J was given reigns to a company that his employer had been draining for years...
