How about more REAL REAL speculation......

Chuck Moore was cussing out Leckrone about how he was the devil and then weeks later said TPL finally did the right thing (Thanks Wolf for the timely updates on Moore's Diary).

I don't have all the dates and how all this falls out chronologically but just supposin...

Moore screamed for a million bucks. Leckrone thought, I'm not going to pay him. Let's get PTSC to pay him. I'll tell them I'm going under and need the million to pay off Moore or he is going to pull out from the deal (Master agreement). Cliff looks at Carlton and says we don't need problems with the MMP, lets go ahead and loan Leckrone the money. Then, Leckrone pays Moore. Sweet!!!!! says Leckrone. Sweet!!!says Moore.

Later Leckrone says "Oh bye the bye, I need money to pay the litigaters but I'm broke, loan me another million and I will pay you right back with the proceeds. OK,? You know that without me no licenses? Cliff and Carlton meet again; "What'ya think?" Go ahead and pay him, He's right, the proceeds will be coming in and we will get money right back."

Time passes. Cliff calls Lecky "Dan its me calling about that first million? It's due. Dan says " Sorry, we are held up for some time processing cases and it will be awhile before I can get that to you. (Cliff) We need the money now. (Dan) Tough crap. You either wait or I'll stop licensing efforts. We agreed to February blah blah, I have a Quarterly due and I would like to tell the shareholders that we have $17 million in cash available. This is not good. I thought you promised delivery by this date. (Dan) Sorry about your luck. Your shareholders won't know the difference and you will get it back when it's more convenient for me. (Cliff) Pay me or I'm going legal !!!!(Dan) Ha! Ha! Next joke. You going legal against me. That's the best laugh I've had in weeks.

None of the above is factual but it makes for a great story, something like the Pelican Brief,lol.
