The following is all just in my opinion

With all the recent distractions surrounding PTSC including but not limited to, (in no specific order of importance), constant patent appeals, the recent Q as well as all the recent filings, a shareholder meeting away from a majority of the shareholders as well as an unneeded expense to the corporation, Mr. Moore and his on going soap with TPL, TPL and it's financial condition, our corporate board and their lack of effectiveness, the substantial (?) cut in their compensation, the various divisions of PTSC which should be benefiting by Obamacare but does not seem to be, the lack of corporate information.

And of not the least of significant distractions there is of course the infighting between shareholders, who should be working together. Working together in an attempt to rectify the substantial disorder within our corporate structure the corresponding drop in share price.

It is my opinion that an Unintended Consequence is that any potential infringer of our patents are relishing in this internal disorder. Corporate infringers and their counsel realize that nobody of consequence with any type of authority, knowledge or substance within TPL or PTSC is keeping an eye on business.

Therefore, it is my opinion that potential, alleged or real infringers are without a doubt in accord with their counsel who are I am sure being advised to delay and keep up the appeals with the patent office.

Time is not our ally but theirs, so for the sake of our investment and what is left of it can we all just attempt to work together toward using our combined share counts to implement a plan such as one that Ron has suggested.
