1. Deconsolidation of HOLOCOM. What is the impact on the bottem line? What are all the facts on this arrangement. No impact?
2. "The company is working aggressively to resolve" to provide resumption.....This requires significant legal involvement and TPL are astute lawyers themselves. Can Carlton Johnson stand up to the Leckrones et al and come away with an equitable settlement or does a legal team need to be recruited to protect PTSC interests? This is critical and supposedly aggressive action is being taken to resolve.
3. PTO, Larry Henneman is doing whatever he can, I hope, to get them off the dime. Everything still appears to be in our favor.
When you read the report, it is easy to see that the finance officer is doing this. Jack Webb type reporting "nothing but the facts, maam." There has been no embellishment, alliteration or con job by Cliff Flowers. He presents the facts coldly with vizers on. This presents to the reader not exactly what we want to hear. There are some positives and some negatives, he reports.....end of story.
The only real troubling aspect is #2 above. This is our main dish. Holo,PDSG,Deutche Bank and others are important but they are just salad and dessert. We can't afford to screw up the main dish. They must be super aggressive to get this behind them. There is enough problems with infringers that we can't have problems with insiders. PTSC MUST protect their interests. Even though MR. Flowers is interim, he must take the bull by the horns and get immmediate effective strong legal support to protect the companies interests. Right now we need less shareholder representation and more Interim CEO action to get PTSC out of this jam. TH=his is truly hard ball for the CFO. We can only hope that he is up to the challenge.
I agree with Pacard that the money being spent is not that critical but we need more accountability, Gloria is an Auditor, she needs to be sure shes auditing, Schrock and Mistry are the techies, they need to ensure PDSG doesn't turn into a fiasco, Falk (whatever, get him to pass around the gas, and maybe he can anesthetize everyone into being compliant). BUT, the most important role next to Flowers and the only board member remaining is Johnson. Right now he MUST SUPPORT Flowers effectively or we will get royally screwed by Leckrone. Many don't trust Leckrone. Like dealing with the Soviets, trust but verify that every i is dotted and t crossed. He is after the same thing we are licenses but if we don't keep him honest. We will pay dearly as is the case right now. I hope Gloria or someone reads this as now we can't be passive onlooker, Leckrone has mandated that we BECOME ACTIVE.
