Please forgive me for not contradicting any further points but I fear my laughter will be too great if I try:

Patriot Scientific Corp. persuaded Intel Corp. to part with $10 million in a one-off payment for the use of a portfolio of processor patents, according to a recent filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
