IMO, we're very close if not in the same "place" as before the 10Q.

It all comes back to one thing, IMO. The PTO/MMP.

A positive result there would make many concerns evaporate in very short order IMO.

And IMO, everyone here (and not here) knows this.

After all, among us dysfunctional die-hards, how many plan to dump their entire position on Monday because of the Q?
