The answer to the above questlion is no. Not because of a 2 million dollar loan from PTSC. IMHO, people are wondering if TPL is on the brink of defaulting on the MA due to lack of contibutions to PDS should TPL be unable to find a source of funds/financing.

Per the 10Q

<We do not anticipate making additional loans to TPL, and its ability to access liquidity from other sources is not certain.>
