Not sure exactly where you're going with this but in an attempt to respond:

That additional law firm (formerly representing an infringer) was added to the TPL/PTSC legal team. Not one or the other.

As such, assuming interest in effective representation of TPL/PTSC, they would be made privy to all supporting data generated by Alliacense (their employer).

It is not an "ace in the hole" for PTSC. We hope it's such for TPL/PTSC.
