And I agree with you! That is regarding the apparent fact that PTSC is opting to make loans to TPL rather than pursing what appears to be the option of obtaining a greater percentage of the "action" and potential "control" over PDS. That's why, in my reply to Pacard, I mention a possible elaborate "chess game" - because IMO there must be some "bigger reason" for them to go the loan route. Again, I agree - PTSC is apparently helping TPL maintain their ownership percentage.

The only "good" part of this scenario, if we have it right, is that it indicates an at least "friendly" relationship with TPL, and not an adversarial one. Hence, my suggestion to Pacard that the "dispute" referenced in the PR is probably not a big deal.
