Be very interested to see the details in this deal. If we have compound interest in play, defaulting and 'group' non performance we should have security over the company . . . . . . and MMP Portfolio. This is a very very sweet looking play, muscle flexing moves speak volumes in this business. LOVE IT!!

I'm happier to see $1m plus go into this loan than by shares back!
